Tai Chi Returns to Queens Park Swimming Pool
Join us on Saturday mornings for Tai Chi at Queens Park Swimming Pool! Classes will be running every Saturday morning from 9.15am - 10.15am commencing Sautrday, 30 November 2019.
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is primarily practised for its health benefits, promoting the integration of the mind and body. It helps lower stress and anxiety levels and increases energy. A series of slow, controlled movements and postures help build muscle strength, coordination, balance and flexibility all set in the beautiful surrounds of Queens Park.
Sessions costs normal Queens Park Swimming Pool entry fees;
